Cannot edit Public/Private state of sample.

Assume you are logged in as MetPetTest user.

If you search for samples, and open a sample,

(assume this url of a specific public sample)
http://localhost:5000/sample/7dda4941-fcb1-4acc-952b-0c1fdd65c417

Then press "Edit Sample" you are unable to change it from a public to a private sample, even after you change the radio button from public to private and press "save changes".

It looks like this is an api_v2 issue, because the headers are being sent properly, in the edit-sample, edit-subsample, and edit-chemistry functions.
