Igalith is a MATLAB package for the numerical simulation of Earth's lithosphere in isostasy using methods from isogeometric analysis.
Please consult the README file in the folder packages to install the required third-party packages for the software.
The required geographic data in the folder data can be downloaded from the links provided in the README files corresponding to each subfolder.
Initialize the search path by running the script init_path.m.
Runnable MATLAB scripts are indicated by the prefix script_.
