Expand Field for writing a reply is missing the buttons at the top

When I reply to something and expand the field, the buttons at the top to expand and submit are missing. There should also be buttons at the top just like expanding a field when writing an annotation.

This is actually a bug -- the buttons are hidden under the nav, because the text field height is mis-calculated in this case. Updating the labeling!
