Before the code would fail is the skeletal hierarchy or the geo hierarchy was already at the root, due to Mayas strict failure criteria

Description of Changes
Added checks for Skeleton hierarchy and Mesh hierarchy at the root level. Previously if they already where at the root level then Maya would perform a check that returned a failure.
Also updated one
Testing Done
Performed Batch exporting of Butcher boy with different skeletal and mesh hierarchies.
