  • Remove the request timeout logic and always fetch the weather if the cache is timed out.

Going to test this for a few days before merging and publishing a new build...

…watchface is reloaded

There was a bug with the weather error message. It was not getting
handled any the received callback, so any time there was an error
fetching the weather, it would not update until the watchface was
refreshed.

Added a timestamp in debug mode to show when the weather was last
updated. The timestamp is below the temperature.
