RSP1B owners: looking for testers for experimental SDRplay support

Hello stream1090 users!

Do you have a RSP1B sitting in a drawer? If so, it's time to connect it to your PC and to your ADS-B antenna, because I've created an experimental branch that supports RSP1B directly (no soapy or other intermediate layers).

Many thanks to Francesco / IZ0YDF / @frank-ydf for providing access to his Pi 3 and RSP1B - I used it to create an initial integration with the help of my coding agents.

Caveats:

• only tested with RSP1B on an RPi3
• he's using an amp with SAW from AliExpress, so with a different amp (or no amp) you'll need to find the best gain
• no autogain yet
• we see undervoltages and drops - try to use a good 5.1V power supply
• he's in a valley with low traffic - any feedback from busy locations will help
• I don't have an RSP1B here with me, so I can't do much fine tuning or ensure that future work won't break it - community support and supervision will be needed if there's any interest in this SDR
