v0.5.0rc1

Pre-release for next major release v0.5.0. This release attempts to achieve a stable API for 1) the cryojax.simulator.make_image_model wrapper and 2) modeling volumes in cryoJAX. for 2), there is a large refactor to greatly improve flexibility and remove some unnecessary wrappers, such as the BasicStructure wrapper.
