Learning Practice Coevolution 0.1.1

Obsidian community plugin candidate release.

This release renames the Obsidian plugin surface to Learning Practice Coevolution and aligns the plugin id with the public skill name.

The plugin is local-first: it creates local Markdown learning sessions and prompt templates, does not call AI APIs, does not collect telemetry, and does not make network requests.
