Calc(ify)

submission to the BEAVERHACKS HACKATHON

Have you ever been stuck in the sticky position of needing to solve math equations, but found yourself getting stuck? Have you ever wished the process of math could be simply automated using today’s machinery? Well wish no longer!

Welcome to Calc(ify). It is the solution to computations, the AI-fueled powerhouse built to last.

🌟 Highlights

Here are the main features of Calc(ify):

  • Interpretes user-inputted equation into a form readable by computer (what we're dubbing code)
  • Uses AI to automate mental calculation of math expressions
  • Provides user with AI supplemented customer support
  • Innovative Engaging progression system

ℹ️ Overview

We implemented a proprietary neural network, something we call Calcif-AI to complete mathematics equations like no one has ever done before. Before, we had human computers, now, with Calcify, we have computer computers. The program will comprehend a user inputted equation, use a advanced propietary AI model to calculate the answer (running locally), then provides them a answer. All of this is coexisting with a complex leveling and progression system that keeps users engaged longterm

✍️ Authors

We, Michael Yohannes and Jason Jeremy Miller(or as we call him Jsquared), are the two only members of the Calc(ify) team.

🚀 Usage instructions

To run this program, just download this entire repository and run the file 'main.py':

Final Note

note that no actual AI is used in this program
