claude-sonnet-5as the recommended Claude default, migrates saved Sonnet 4.6 selections, refreshes diagnostics and cost estimates, and uses Anthropic's promotional Sonnet 5 pricing through August 31, 2026. -
Gemini capacity recovery is smoother. When Gemini returns a provider-side 503 capacity error, ReaAssist now offers a same-model retry when appropriate, suggests the best available fallback model, preserves the original prompt and attachments, and records the recovery path in diagnostics.
