Windows background application which alerts the user the perform reality checks through the system tray.
This project is a C# application using Windows forms. The intent is to give an aid to those learning lucid dreaming. The application will run in the background, notifying the user every 1 hour and 30 minutes to perform a reality check. The user is notified via the system tray. By right-clicking the icon, the user can exit out of the application or can edit the application's settings. From the Settings menu, the user can update how often s/he is notified or specify a certain time of day to always be updated.
