Cleaned, English

In this release, the initial code was cleaned, repeated tasks turned into function. Variable names are now in English. Documentation was also extended.

Initial release

This is the initial release of the code with comments translated to English. The comments are not so dense, some of the understanding must be done by reading the code. Many variables still carry Czech names.
