Do you plan to add a JumpToError command?

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

I'm not yet sure how micro works, but I was missing a command that would jump to the first linter message, after the linter has made a linting job. And subsequent command calls would jump to the next message, and another command would jump to the previous message. Or something like this?

I was using a version 2.0.4-dev.20

I tried to think of changes that could be me made and wrote pseudo code in a fork.

I am writing a plugin which is similar.
Note it is in early stage but works for my use case, I am on Linux and the plugin has not been tested on windows.
