All content shifted up by one line with ConEmu + Cygwin + SSH

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

• When using ConEmu and Cygwin, connect to a linux machine via SSH
• Open a file with micro
• Everything is shifted up by one line

As you can see, it looks fine in puTTY. Everything that gets redrawn later (like the current cursor position) is also in the right position:

OS: Windows 7 with Cygwin / Ubuntu 16.04
Terminal: ConEmu

Does it also run very slowly for you?

I don't see any noticable slowdown when compared to puTTY.

No, I haven't really looked into this. It's probably a bug with tcell as well as some strange behavior from conemu.

I stumbled across this myself today. And btw: this is not only happening in ConEmu. This also happens when using the regular Windows cmd window (on Windows 10, at least).

There's also a resizing bug which is probably related to this.
