[BUG] ipv6 listen error on v4.10.2

   Running in IPv6 environment
2. What did you expect to happen?
3. What happens instead?
   panic: address [[::1]]:45375: missing port in address

We do not have ipv6 support at this time but happy accept to contribution to resolve that.
