On this branch, I updated the content of the Data Portal reference page, which is hosted at https://docs.microbiomedata.org/reference/data_portal/.
Details
I replaced the obsolete architecture diagram with a current one (and switched from a static SVG file to a Mermaid diagram to facilitate maintenance). Since the "Home" section of the docs site did not yet support Mermaid diagrams, I added that support. Here's a screenshot of the new architecture diagram:
I also updated the dependency links to reflect the fact that we now use Vue 3 instead of Vue 2.
