Normalize on WROOM-32 #70

Since the reference HW (ESP-WROOM-32) has 4MiB of flash, and I doubt anyone would make a module with less flash than that, I suggest to increase the available flash for the firmware to 2MiB (which should be plenty for BT and more) and increase the filesystem to 2MiB.
Creating this issue to track; I'll begin work.
