[Function Request] Table 77 - Report Selections - GetEmailAttachmentForCust, GetEmailAttachmentForVend

Dear ALAppExtensions team,

Through this issue we would like to request table 77 Report Selections to be extended with the following procedures:

• GetEmailAttachmentForCust
• GetEmailAttachmentForVend

This to align the functions that are exposed (N.B. currently only for email body and printing, but not for email attachments).

Could you please add these with (1) a TempBlob: Codeunit "Temp Blob" parameter and (2) OnBefore/OnAfter events for both customer and vendor procedures?

If you are willing to provide an implementation and test for this extensibility gap, then maybe this issue could be transferred to the BaseApp Contribution Pilot and you could solve it faster than it can be done by microsoft?

Hi @pri-kise, thank you for your message. Yes, this request is still relevant and up-to-date. There are various extensibility gaps with regards to emailing via report selections, see the original comment and related issues. :)
