Describe the issue
I get an error when posting an Output Journal with multiple backward-flushing components using tracking.

Expected behavior
It should be possible to post is without an error, but when the second component is processed we get an error. (attached image)
Steps to reproduce
Miscosoft support has tried to provoke the error without success.
