Will do! I am working on some changes to use semantic-kernel in the Weather Agent sample, so I'll have that ready after. |

This PR ports the existing JS and .NET samples to Python. Each sample includes a
README.mddocumenting how to setup, configure, and run it. Each sample also includes aenv.TEMPLATEto serve as template for configurations of the respective sample. Finally, dependencies are listed in therequirement.txtfiles.
