The tooltip is not exact when hovering over the Copy button on 'Shared Access Signature' dialog

Steps to reproduce:

1. Expand one storage account and right click it.
2. Select 'Get Shared Access Signature...' -> Click 'Create'.
3. Hover over 'Copy' button next to Connection string -> Check the tooltip.

Expect Experience:
Display 'Copy Connection string to clipboard'.

Actual Experience:
Display 'Copy URI to clipboard'.
