Our previous integration of al mcp is not complete, it fails to compile BaseApp due to missing symbols.
Need to pass in
assemblyprobingpathssimilar to BCContainerHelper.Also need to provide
packagecachepath.Finally, we also need to extend the timeout because compiling BaseApp is slow
