[Bug]: E-Document Connector - Continia: Registration fails when a new participation with outbound-only profiles is already registered with another provider #6228
Description
Describe the issue
The customer wants to register a participation that is only intended for sending invoices and credit notes. However, they are already registered to receive e-Documents through a different provider. When they try to register such participation, they encounter an error saying that the participation already registered in Peppol Network.
Expected behavior
The external registration check should be skipped when a customer is registering a Peppol participation with outbound profiles only. This is because, in the Peppol network, only participations that can receive documents need to be registered.
Steps to reproduce
[Prerequisites]
Have a participation that is registered in the Peppol network with Invoice and Credit note profiles.
- Configure E-Document Service with Service Integration as Continia and Document Format as PEPPOL BIS 3.0
- Click on Set up service integration and then click on Register new participation
- Go through Continia Delivery Network Onboarding steps until step To register the company in an electronic document network, please provide the following information:
- Set your prepared participation Identifier Type, Identifier Value and press Next
- Enable Send Invoice / Credit Memo and press Next
- The error should then be thrown.
