[Vendor] [QM] Quality test of type option - allowable values with spaces are not recognized in Default value

Describe the issue

Quality Test - new, any code.
Test Value Type = Option.
Allowable Values = one,two,three
(notice - no spaces between values).
Choose Default Value - it shows list and you can select "Two".

This is positive flow.

Now try
Allowable Values = one, two, three
(notice - spaces between values).
Choose Default Value - it shows list but if you select value you see error
The value " two" is not allowed for A_OPTION, it must be in the range of "one, two, three".
