Description

Enhance user management UX and analysis with the following changes:

Administrators can see last login and inactive days on user pages
Show Last Login date time on page 774
Show Inactive (in days) field on page 774. Calculated as floor(datediff(today,last login))

User analysis list - Page 774
Make page 774 more visible and useful

• rename page caption to Users (detailed view)
• update aboutText
• rename action on Users list to Users (detailed view)
• Add action to open Approval User Setup on Users list and User card

Add system fields to list

• CreatedOn, CreatedBy (show user, not GUID), LastModifiedOn, LastModifiedBy (show user, not GUID)

Add views/analysis tabs to show inactivity

• 7 days (last week) // Best for short-term monitoring. Useful if you want to catch recent inactivity quickly, e.g., onboarding issues or sudden drop in engagement.
• 30 days (last month) // Best for trend analysis. Helps identify users who may need re-engagement or training because they’ve been inactive for a significant period.
• 90 days (quarter) //Best for compliance or licence optimisation. Ideal for spotting accounts that might be candidates for deactivation or licence reclaim.

Show user setup and user settings data on page 774 in a factbox.
