[Bug]: [Quality Management] Unclear behavior of "Copy Results to Existing Template" action.

Describe the issue

I cannot make sense of it

if it is not automatic, then I don't see it in the tests any way and the new action doesn't really help there.

Expected behavior

1. The action should be renamed.
2. The tooltip should be updated.
3. The action should be self-explanatory.
