[Bug]: [28.0] E-Document Connector - Continia: Nemhandel onboarding fails when profiles are added using the advanced setup onboarding wizard step

Describe the issue

Backport of #6225 to releases/28.0.

During onboarding, when creating a new Nemhandel participation and adding network profiles using the Advanced Setup step Continia Delivery Network API throws an error.

Expected behavior

During the Nemhandel participation onboarding process, the request to the Continia Delivery Network should be built correctly to ensure that the response does not return an error.

Additional context

Cherry-pick of fix from main (PR #6237, commit d282dde) to releases/28.0.
