Summary
This pull request enhances the handling and visibility of "Shortcut Dimension 1 Code" and "Shortcut Dimension 2 Code" across multiple pages and tables in the Subscription Billing app, both for customer and vendor contracts. It ensures these dimension fields are consistently present, properly captioned, and integrated into the UI, with appropriate tooltips and triggers for lookup and validation where editing is allowed. Additionally, the changes improve dimension management logic and test coverage.
