Actual Result:
Role is incorrectly defined for “Azure bot service configuration “control present in the Add an endpoint for your bot dialog
Role is defined as link instead of button and state is not announcing when the user action performed on it
Expected Result:
screen reader should narrate as “Azure bot service configuration” button collapsed \Expanded
Repro Steps:
Turn on the nvda
Open the Bot Framework V4 Emulator.
Navigate to the button explorer and select it
Navigate to the End point symbol (+) and select it
Dialog gest opened
Navigate to the “Azure bot service configuration” button
Observe the issue
User Impact:
Users who rely on screen reader will be affected to navigate the control if role is incorrectly defined for buttons.

OS Build: Version 1903(OS Build 18362.239)
Screen reader: NVDA
Application: Bot Framework V4 Emulator
