HelthChecker script detect "Security Update for Exchange Server 2013 Cumulative Update 23 (KB5004778)" about Exchange Information but "Security Vulnerability: CVE-2021-34470" still displayed

Expected behavior
No "Security Vulnerability: CVE-2021-34470" display

@lusassl-msft might need to change the wording when the SU is installed, but not the Schema update.
