Issue:
Create a function to get the AV exclusion path that can be used by other scripts and add additional verification for Exchange 2013.
Reason:
To have the option to reuse the code in other scripts and to be accurate with E13 documentation.
Fix:
Put the AV Exclusions in a function and fix some minor changes in the E13 detection.
Validation:
Tested in lab
