Reason:
The base code was located in Health Checker, when we can move it to shared where other scripts can use it.
Also improved it by only doing
Invoke-ScriptBlockHandleronce vs one per file passed.Ended up changing the name as it can be used for multiple file types.

Lab and pester tested
