Script is out of date or doesn't know about the latest AD level information causing the results to not be accurate
Only display TLS configuration issues when we are trying to make changes to a server for EP or one that already has EP enabled for
Not the most accurate way to do this, but a simple fix and it covers our base for how we configured EP in the present and past
Removed so that we are still making sure that we look up at one parent level to check to see if it is set
