Verify_SSRS_for_SCSM does not report error if <Extension> is not placed directly under <Data>

the script should check if <Extension Name="SCDWMultiMartDataProcessor"> is placed directly under <Data>, if not it should error.
Otherwise, SCSM reports that use the SCDWMultiMartDataProcessor extension as their datasource will fail.
