Purpose

  • This pull request updates version requirements for the azd tool in both azure.yaml and azure_custom.yaml to exclude a problematic version. The change ensures that version 1.23.9 of azd is not used, likely due to a known issue with that release.

Version requirement updates:

  • Updated the azd version constraint in both azure.yaml and azure_custom.yaml to require versions >=1.18.2 but explicitly exclude 1.23.9. [1] [2]
