Let's get this merged as-is into the native_ports branch and I'll work on integrating it into various parts of the native abstractions and we can review together (will not touch these crates going forward).

As discussed with @JeromySt, a contribution from CCF team towards using approved cryptography, as well as reducing the TCB of COSE sign/verify in Rust.
Currently targeting (and integrated into existing root Cargo.toml in) native ports branch.
