In the work to enable the "embedded feature", we added some files to the nupkg we ship. For compliance, these should have Microsoft copyright headers.
I didn't realize this requirement at the time, and am including them now in this PR.
I also did "Remove and Sort Usings" on all the
using _namespace_statements, as good practice since I'm touching all the files anyway.
