Our ADO Pipelines are failing because they run out of space, but only for the Release|x64 configuration. The binlog gets corrupted, making it hard to see what might be different between that build and the build for the Debug|x64 configuration.
This PR removes building the WinUIDesktopSample project on release builds, and this CI run looks like it might be enough to get us green builds again.
