PAT instructions are incorrect

The setup instructions in "/02-SetupDevEnvironment/README.md#step-2-create-a-github-personal-access-token" say to create a personal access token with repository permission Models: read/write.

There is no "Models" repository permission. There is a "Models" account permission, but "read/write" is not an option for it, only "read."

On the bright side, I was able to get the setup to work, by giving the PAT account permission Models: read-only and setting up my fork of the Generative-AI-for-beginners repository to include a model
