… to IOREG to calculate the battery level in finer detail. config_check.sh - updated reading battery level to match how it does it in app_scenario which is using IOREG to get raw current capacity and raw max capacity and getting the ratio

Updated app scenario and config check to use IOREG to read the battery level for mac systems to provide a more accurate measurement of the battery level.
Updated power light binary files for a more robust version and will report in debug log if any expected data was not parsed in the ETL trace.
