Can the current black-box GAD addition be directly used in Qwen 3.5?

Can the current black-box GAD addition be directly used in Qwen 3.5? I want to use the text capabilities of Qwen 3.5. Do I need to replace this Verl with the latest version 0.8.0? As far as I know, there are significant changes between Verl versions. Also, Qwen 3.5 doesn't seem to have AutoModelForTokenClassification.
