[Partner Center] Developer account country/region incorrectly locked to United States

Hello Microsoft Edge Extensions Team,

I am trying to enroll my Microsoft Account in the Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer program.

My Microsoft Account profile is correctly configured with Brazil as the country/region.

However, my existing Partner Center Developer profile is configured with United States as the account country/region.

The country/region field is read-only, so I cannot change it to Brazil.

I have not published any Microsoft Edge extension with this developer account yet.

I need to publish extensions as a developer located in Brazil and use my correct Brazilian account information.

Could you please advise whether:

The existing Developer profile can be reset or removed so I can enroll again using Brazil; or
A new Microsoft Edge Developer profile can be created using the same Microsoft Account as Primary Owner, but with Brazil as the correct country/region?

My Microsoft Account profile itself already shows Brazil as the country/region.

I can provide Partner Center account identifiers privately if needed.
