[Bug - Partner Center] Unable to properly register an Edge Extension Enterprise Developer Account.

Describe the bug
I am registing an Edge Extension Developer Account with the region of the United States.
I have already tried several times and checked every form I submitted, ensured everything is OK, but it still failed with error code 2391.

To Reproduce

Just follow the registration guide step by step, fill out the forms, and submit.

Successfully registered

In many cases, this issue arises when the phone number is not entered correctly. For the United States region, please ensure that the phone number is formatted as follows e.g. +1 425 1234567, with the area code included in the appropriate field.

If the issue persists, could you kindly provide us with a screenshot of the registration page with the filled data? This will help us further investigate and resolve the problem promptly.
