Describe the bug
When attempting to update "contact info" under "legal info" all clicks on "Save" result in the error "something went wrong".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "legal info", then "contact info".
2. Click "Update", then "Save".
3. See error "something went wrong" as below.

Expected behavior
Update successful.

Additional context
This happens when using Edge.

When using Safari or Chrome, the option to view contact info does not work, and the option to update contact info does not exist.

Running this in developer tools, it shows that attempts to hit
https://uiinfra.microsoft.com/v1/partnerInfo are returning 401 Unauthorised.

The body of the response looks like this:

        "message": "Dependency call to 'https://pcapi.microsoft.com/PartnerApi/WebApiV1/v1/partnerdetails' failed with response code Unauthorized"
    }
}

Given that the domain in the error body does not match the domain in the original request, it looks like a micro service buried inside this process somewhere called partnerdetails is returning unauthorised to the partnerinfo process.

I don't work for Microsoft, instead I am a Microsoft customer. I have broken down an issue, given you detailed analysis of what happened, the courtesy I expect is that someone makes an honest effort to investigate and fix this.

Please detail what steps you've taken to investigate so far?

In addition, please indicate why you've closed the issue in such a way that it cannot be reopened?
