If you encounter the following error message when running PAC CODE commands, you can resolve it by following these steps:

Error: Could not find file ...\PowerAppsAppDefaultLogo.png

1. Add the missing file:

• Ensure the missing file is added to the indicated path
• You can find the required PNG file in the repository.

2. Use the --logo (alias -l) Parameter

• When running 'pac code' commands, use the -l parameter. For example:

pac code init -n "Hello world" -l ..\..\contentMedia\PowerAppsAppDefaultLogo.png

I also got this error when running pac inside a vscode terminal, running it in a terminal outside of vscode worked fine.

the issue is actually with PAC CLI when installed with vscode extension.
Fixed with PAC CLI 1.44.2
