Description of the new feature / enhancement
When the users chose to hold down the Windows key to activate the shortcut guid, they can set the duration before showing the taskbar hints and the rest shortcut guides separately.
Currently, the users can only set the delay of showing all shortcut guides at once. My proposal is to separate the delays of showing the taskbar hints and the rest shortcut guides, so that the user can set two delays separately.
Please see the specs of the feature below. If this approach is approved, I can implement it and create a pull request.
Scenario when this would be used?
Currently the users can only activate all the shortcut guides at once. However, some users requested a way to activate the taskbar hints only (Related issues: #6265 #8765 #11931).
The solution in my mind is to activate the taskbar hint quicker than the rest shortcut guides. This feels natural as the users want to quickly switch the application in focus by using the Win + [Number] shortcut. They can quickly find the number key of interest by pressing the Win key first.
By setting the delay of showing the taskbar hints shorter than showing the rest shortcut guides, the screens of the users who only want to check the Win + [Number] shortcuts are not distrupted by the rest shortcut guides anymore.
