Steps to reproduce
SVG files appears small when the file has width and/or height parameters set to a small integer value and the file are on OneDrive. Please ignore the value and scale to fit thumbnail size in Explorer instead
✔️ Expected Behavior
Preview should be fitting to the thumbnail size selected in Explorer
❌ Actual Behavior
Preview image reflect the width and/or height parameter in the SVG file when the value is less than thumbnail width/height
