PowerToys Run should close when hitting "Escape"

It's simple. After I hit Alt+Space to launch PowerToys Run, I should be able to close it if I change my mind if I hit the Escape key. doesn't work.

Scenario when this would be used?

If you decide not to continue using the app

At least, I can't repro this issue.

After I hit the Esc key, pt run closed.

In which page you can't exit with ESC key?

The Powertoys Run search bar is open. At this point I cannot hit "Escape" to close.
