Steps to reproduce

Quick Accents disappeared after upgrade 0.91.0
Tried dis/enable Accents, changing charsets, changing windows position on screen, restarting PT, windows 11. Still no Quick Accents.

✔️ Expected Behavior

vowel + space opens floating window with accentued chars (top center per my config)

❌ Actual Behavior

a + space does a+ space chars
