I have installed a few extensions from the windows store for command pallete, but none of them are working or showing up in the extensions section of the cmdpallete settings

@rp1231 that's the fruits of #39441 basically your cmdpal is launching under admin privileges. Temporary fix is to stop current cmdpal process in task manager and run cmdpal from start menu. But #39441 needs to be fixed for sure

Yes, like winget extension is also gone if cmdpal is running as admin.
